Easy and tasty leftover rice for lunchbox
Ingredients

3 Onion large finely chopped
2 Tomato medium finely chopped
1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
2 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
to taste Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
4 cups Cooked rice
3 Eggs
1 tsp Saunf
as needed Curry leaves few
5 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Pepper powder
Steps
Take a pan add oil, sauf, curry leaves for tempering add onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and saute well then add tomatoes, kashmiri chilli powder, Corrinder powder and saute well add jus a cup of water and close the lid slow Cook in simmer for 10 minutes oil separates.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper add to the masala and saute them add cooked rice and mix well. Hot and tasty Egg keema rice ready.
