Easy and tasty leftover rice for lunchbox

Ingredients

  1. 3 Onion large finely chopped

  2. 2 Tomato medium finely chopped

  3. 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder

  4. 2 tbsp Coriander powder

  5. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

  6. to taste Salt

  7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  8. 4 cups Cooked rice

  9. 3 Eggs

  10. 1 tsp Saunf

  11. as needed Curry leaves few

  12. 5 tbsp Oil

  13. 1/2 tbsp Pepper powder


Steps

  1. Take a pan add oil, sauf, curry leaves for tempering add onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and saute well then add tomatoes, kashmiri chilli powder, Corrinder powder and saute well add jus a cup of water and close the lid slow Cook in simmer for 10 minutes oil separates.

  2. Beat eggs with salt and pepper add to the masala and saute them add cooked rice and mix well. Hot and tasty Egg keema rice ready.
